Refund policy

Serendipity Boutique gladly accepts returns of unworn or damaged products from our brick and mortar store within 30 days of purchase date for exchange or in-store credit only.  For returns from our online store, shipping costs are non-refundable and clients are responsible for return shipping. Returns are for store credit only. Store credit never expires or loses value.

All clearance items are Final Sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
